Westside Community & Youth Orchestra regular weekly rehearsals will take place at:

Note: One dress rehearsal each winter and spring term will take place in the Liberty High School band room, so please follow the term schedules carefully.
Most of our regular winter and spring rehearsals will run from 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM, with extended rehearsal from 6:10 to 6:40 for select parts of the orchestra. The extensions will be announced via email, in advance.
All winter and spring dress rehearsals will be 2 hours, extending to 6:30 PM. Dress rehearsals at LHS will need a scheduled 15 minute set up time @ 4:15 PM, otherwise you could be locked out of the building by the time the rehearsal begins @ 4:30 PM; and we’ll need the extra set up time, which may involve choirs in the same room. Please note these time and destination deviations on your calendar.

Winter Concert Dress Code
Men: White dress shirt, Black Bow Tie, Black Coat, Black Slacks, Black Shoes and Black Socks.
Tuxes are fine, but a Black Suit coat is also appropriate.
No White Shirts without a Black Coat as this blatantly stands out in pictures and film and distracts from the orchestra.
Avoid Black shirts.
Option of a Red Bow Tie for our holiday concerts is fine.
Women: Long Black Gowns or Black Dresses below the knees or Black Pantsuits, avoid any clothing with sparkles.
Shirt Sleeves should be at least short-sleeves to long-sleeves.
Pants should be Slacks, or if not, think dressy.
Black Dress Shoes with Black Stockings.
No bare legs or feet.
Minimal Jewelry as bright lights pick these up, which can be a distraction.
Use your best judgement to dress nicely, look professional, and blend with the group.
A small splash of Red is fine for our holiday concerts.
